After working very hard through the past weekend, Alissa and I decided we would take a break for this weekend and came to Puerto Vallarta. The sparkling water and wide beaches, warm weather as well as a hopping nightlife and diverse restaurant selection, make for a welcome change from cold and mountainous, somewhat sedate, Zacatecas.
If you need to get away from the cold, I recommend this city.
